Construction, operation of gas-filling and gas-filling stations.

The automobile gas-filling station (AGZS) carries out gas station of cars and other vehicles which engines are converted or initially calculated for work on the liquefied oil gas and have the relevant system.

The liquefied oil gas is transported on AGZS in cars gas carriers or trailers tanks from bases of storage or gas-filling stations (GNS) where it is delivered, as a rule, by rail, and sometimes from nearby oil refineries (oil refinery) on the pipeline.

At station oil gas is merged in storage capacity. In capacities gas is in a liquid phase, under pressure of saturated steam. Pressure in capacity is defined by temperature of capacity and fractional structure propane - butane mix. Typical values of pressure: at 0 °C — 0,03 MPas (0,3 atm), at +25 °C — 1,2 MPas (12 atm).

In the capacity of vehicles the liquid phase under pressure of 1,2-1,6 MPas downloads. Pressure is created by the pump.

Three main ways of filling with the liquefied oil gas are used: pump, pump and vaporizing and pump and compressor.

Pump way the simplest. From the capacity of GSN it is selected by the pump and under an elevated pressure moves in a cylinder.

The pump and vaporizing way is simple too: the scheme in addition included the electric heaters evaporators providing increase of pressure in capacities with GSN at a temperature is lower minus 20 °C.

Execution of the AGZS technological system can be a miscellaneous, for example — underground or elevated, with one-wall or double-walled vessels of SUG, block, traditional.

Gas-filling stations, conforming to modern standards, have to be equipped with all necessary equipment for implementation of technological operations on reception, storage and gas station of vehicles (passenger and freight vehicles) the liquefied hydrocarbonic gas (LHG).
