Construction of modular buildings

Modern construction evolved dramatically forward, and today we are already able to afford various variations. If there was a desire to construct a prefabricated house, then this desire is quite feasible. The prefabricated house is the construction collected from the materials made on the latest technologies. Construction of such house reminds the children's game "Lego". The house consists of a rigid framework and flat constructive panels, it in turn considerably facilitates design. Proceeding from requirements of the customer, it is possible to make easily and precisely calculations of heat conductivity and extent of sound insulation. Anyway house walls rather thin. The prefabricated house is an economy of space which makes not less 10th living space in comparison with traditional designs of a tree or a brick. Frame walls are durable and have no restrictions on quantity of cycles freezing - thawing. Most often customers are interested in service life, and we with confidence can tell that service life of a prefabricated house is rather high. Such houses stand on practice for 50-70 years and more. Speed and low cost of construction is explained also by the fact that such house is very easy and for its construction the heavy strong base is not necessary. Along with advantages there are also shortcomings - if walls are made not of a cement struzhechnoy of a plate, and of a tree, we will easily ignite the house, is subject to action of insects wood borers and rotting. However, these shortcomings are removable by means of special chemical processing of wooden parts and constructive protection against moisture and fire.

Modular houses, production of houses, houses from panels - these words have a set of shades, but the phrase "prefabricated house" covers a wide range of houses which are under construction, - at least partially, not on the place of future arrangement. Production of these houses rather simple, and some aspects of construction of prefabricated houses do them environmentally friendly.
At appropriate planning very few materials are wasted, the remains will go for construction of similar houses at the same plant, but will not be dumped. On delivery materials on a building site a significant amount of energy, but as materials are collected at plant is used, we receive notable economy of fuel and electricity. In general, there are two types of combined houses - modular and panel, and each of them have shortcomings and the advantages.
Both of these methods of production not really strongly differ from production of traditional houses. Finish works, as a rule, after installation of the main bearing designs as finishing works are minimized here. In the majority of places installation of prefabricated houses has to be approved by the local construction inspector, after that to the house it is possible to lay on water and electricity.
