Copper heating water-heating KVR-6

The additional flat screen is installed that increases a radiation surface of heating of a fire chamber and as a result - increase of efficiency of a copper.

There is no cover of a forward smoke chamber because of which deformation there is an air suction, draft in a copper fire chamber decreases, the efficiency decreases.

The economizer is in back top part of a copper, economizer pipes have practically no zolootlozheniye and condensate. If necessary, cleaning of pipes of the economizer is made without stopping a copper. The economizer arrangement in back top part of a copper creates sufficient natural draft, at the same time need for a podduva disappears that allows to use low-grade coal.
