Cord porous PRP-40, (gernitovy cord) GOST 19177-81

Cords are porous rubber porous sealing. The present standard extends to the rubber porous condensing laying intended for consolidation of joints of prefabricated elements of the protecting structures of buildings.

PRP-40: for conditions with a temperature interval from -40 °C to +70 °C;

Instructions on application:

Consolidation of joints a gernitovy cord of PRP-40 should be made at a temperature not below -20 °C.

Before application the cord porous has to be maintained at a temperature of 20 °C not less than 4 h.

The Gernitovy (porous) cord should be established in joints of prefabricated elements without stretching and violation of integrity of a superficial film. Extent of compression of a cord in a seat no more than 50%. In designs the porous cord has to be are protected from influence of direct sunshine.
