Corrugated beam (SIN beam) - lightweight corrugated I-beam, is a type of welded I-beam with a corrugated steel wall.

Production Corrugated beams are produced on the robotic production line of "ZEMAN BAUELEMENTE Produktionsgesellschaft mbH." (Austria).

The corrugated wall sheet is connected to the shelves with a continuous one-sided welded equal-strength seam. The welding mode by length is selected by a scanning device, taking into account cutting defects and issuing tasks to the welding heads of robots manufactured by ABB.

The corrugated beam is extremely cost-effective when used on large spans - its length always corresponds to the data of an individual order, spans can be up to 80 m. Corrugated beams can be used as purlins, single- and multi-span frames, bridge structures, columns.
