Only qualified professionals in the field of production of industrial floors can perform works on the device of a polyurethane bulk floor.

The used materials:

• for priming - "Elakor-Pu Grunt, the Component A (basis) and the Component B (hardener) transparent;
• for alignment - "Elakor-Pu" Filling 2K, the Component A (a color basis) and the Component B (hardener);
• for filling and creation of an underlayer dry (no more than 5%) quartz sand;
• for a finishing polyurethane bulk floor - "Elakor-Pu" the Bulk floor 2K, the Component A (a color basis) and the Component B (hardener).

Main characteristics of materials:

• life time after mixture of components - 40 min. (the mixed Bulk polyurethane floor needs to be poured out in a container considerably decreases by a concrete surface since after mixture of components chemical reaction with allocation of heat begins and material life term);
• high adhesion to the concrete bases;
• work is possible only at positive temperatures from + 5 to + 25 °C;
• the beginning of operation of polyurethane bulk floors - the pedestrian movement in 3 days, journey of transport in 7 days.
