Description
The croaker — the lateral part of a log which is cut off at longitudinal sawing up. At such board one party has the sawn-through surface, and another comes to an end with a hump (from here and the name — "croaker"). Thickness gorbylya, measured in the thin end without bark on the middle of its width, from 15 mm.
Distinguish two look gorbylya:
- thin to 35 mm (processing on technological and fuel spill, charcoal of small fraction);
- thick from 35 mm (secondary construction works (draft floors, fastenings, etc.), production of a container, plates).
Width gorbylya, measured in the thin end on internal layer, more than 80 mm.
