It is applied for football water with an artificial grass covering; a filler in some sports products.

The system of laying of an artificial grass and drainage allows to operate the game field during a rain. Depending on a way of installation of the platform with an artificial grass are subdivided on zasypny (with a layer of quartz sand and rubber granulate) and nezasypny. Filling allows to regulate height of 'stalks' and density of a covering depending on a sport, for occupations to which the concrete platform is intended. On the prepared basis (asphalt, concrete, or specially prepared soil basis) rolled material of an artificial covering keeps within, then it is filled up with sand and a rubber crumb.

Thanks to filling of an artificial grass rubber granulate possible to avoid "burn" of skin of the athlete when falling on a lawn. On a nezasypny grass the irrigation system has to be applied by water.
