Principle of work: Through the soaking-up element pneumofence, grain on a flexible hose moves in a crusher. On an entrance to a crusher it is established a stone - threw a catcher. The magnet established in it separates metal impurity, and stones due to difference of levels under the influence of own weight fall in the collection store. A stone-threw the catcher needs to be cleared at the end of each change. At non-compliance with this requirement overall performance of this structural element sharply decreases. Further grain gets to the crushing camera where it is crushed by the hammers located in equal quantities on four axes.

The sieve is installed in the crushing camera (round or slot-hole), the size of cells of a sieve defines fraction of crushing of grain:

sieve No. 2,3,4 round and 1,8-2-3 slot-hole is suitable for production of compound feed for pigs.
sieve No. 3,4,5 round and 3-4 slot-hole is suitable for production of compound feed for KRS.
sieve No. 6-7 round and 5-6 slot-hole is suitable for production of compound feed for a bird.

Fraction of crushing when using a slot-hole sieve more uniform, than on round. The number of flour withdrawal when using a slot-hole sieve is less, than when using round. The fan is in separately located crusher camera. It allows to avoid contact of grain with the heating-up crusher elements.
