Description
Bearings are provided so that to meet requirements of economic operation with long service life and reliability. Bearings of traction engines work in the conditions of high loading and frequency of rotation. Therefore they can be made on higher classes of the accuracy (P6, P5) and with the increased radial gap (C3, C4). Thermal treatment of bearing rings guarantees dimensional stabilization of details for operation at the increased temperatures. The internal design of bearings provides their high axial load ability at operation. Bearings are made with the massive brass separator which is aligned on bodies of swing (M) or an external ring (MA). Execution of a separator and guides of surfaces allows to reach optimum greasing and low formation of warmth. Delivery of bearings with the isolating ceramic dusting on a surface of an external ring interfering passing of electric current is possible. Stability of this layer is guaranteed to 1 000 V of constant tension. These bearings have the additional designation TM01.
