The device KMP DFM 800 is the easy portable device developed for performance of expanded functions of monitoring and procedures during bad heart attack with use of 4 modules for work: Monitor, Manual defibrillator, automatic defibrillator and pacemaker (option).
Device and principle of work:
- The supervision mode – is recommended for supervision of the vital parameters, including 12 assignments receiving and transfers for the equipment having a similar option.
- The mode of a manual defibrillation – is recommended for a manual defibrillation, synchronized cardioversion and supervision of the vital signs.
- The mode of an automatic defibrillation – is recommended for the analysis of a signal of an ECG and a defibrillation in case of need, with instructions on use for the user.
- The noninvasive mode of cardiostimulation – for the devices offering full function, this mode is recommended for cardiostimulation of pulse and supervision of the vital signals.
- The configuration mode – can be applied to performance of manual checks, a configuration of the different modes, access to information saved on a memory card and performance of functions on service.
- The demo the mode – is used for demonstration of work of the equipment with display of simulation of curves. This mode is connected only in the configuration mode in service options.
In the mode of supervision of DFM 800 can show up to 3 curve electrocardiograms (only for the equipment with this function), to carry out a signal through 4, 5 or 10 assignments of a cable of the patient or by means of external one-time plates for adults or children or through one-time multifunction electrodes. In addition in this mode it is possible to observe oksimetriya module parameters (SpO2, SpMet, SpCO, PVI, SpHb or SpOC), the noninvasive arterial pressure (NIAD) and parameters of the mode of a kapnografiya (etCO2 and AwRR) on the screen, to change parameters of limits for different observed parameters, to receive and transmit signals of 12 assignments of an ECG and to show the report on work and schedules of observed vital parameters.
In the mode of a manual defibrillation if the Category is necessary for the patient, then it is easy to make it three operations:

In the mode of a manual defibrillation the defibrillator can be carried out by means of reusable external plates, multifunction one-time electrodes or internal plates. It is also possible to carry out a cardioversion synchronization. Access to this operating mode can be limited in configuration options.
During the work in the semi-automatic mode the device analyzes an ECG of the patient and defines whether it is necessary to defibrillate a cordial rhythm and if it is necessary, then will provide to the user of team for work of the Category. During all process the device shows messages on the display and transmits voice messages through the special device the speaker located on the front panel of the device. In the mode of an automatic defibrillator the device can be configured for record of audio of the signal given during connection and work.
The pacemaker mode (additional) provides noninvasive endocardial stimulation delivering a rhythm through one-time electrodes of multifunction devices.
The device KMP DFM 800 can work at NiMH batteries which can be recharged, also it can be connected to the alternating current main or to the automobile accumulator. The indicator of the status of the battery constantly is shown in upper part of the display. Also at connection of the device to an external energy source the battery is automatically recharged irrespective of, the device is connected or not.
The device has a recorder of high resolution which the user can configure, it is possible to unpack forms of waves and operating modes. The user can change settings of a recorder.
In addition to these modes oriented to the patient the device has the special starting mode which provides direct access to the configuration mode in which the user can change and configure settings of control of operations of the device for convenience of work with the device. The device can also carry out various tests at the request of the user, using configuration mode options.
The device KMP DFM 800 carries out a series of tests on self-examination at turning on of the device and in operating time that allows to find malfunctions in system of work or some problems which can lead to interruptions in operation of the device and will make it unsafe. The indicator of malfunctions located on the front panel of the device shows the found mistake, also messages on it appear on the display.
Also the device KMP DFM 800 has an option of automatic saving information on an external memory card (flash carrier). These data include an ECG of the patient, an event, the actions happening in a usage time of the device and audiosignals (in addition) and also background noise if the device works in the mode of an automatic defibrillation. In addition to this information 100 last actions which happened in a device usage time are stored in memory, they are grouped in use options.
