Dehydrator

The dehydrator of VIATTO FK - 2 is intended for uniform extraction of moisture from products (vegetables, mushrooms, fruit, berries, herbs and nuts) by means of convection, and also for preparation of a fruit candy, including fruit (fig), vegetable and fruit chips, small loafs, dried meat and fish at the enterprises of the food industry and public catering.

10 lattices of 408х360 mm are included in the package of delivery.
