COMPLETE DISTRIBUTING DEVICES IN BLOCK
The MODULAR BUILDING like ZM
Complete distributing devices in the Block and modular building from "Sandwich" panels
(further CREWE - ZM) are intended as for the organization of distribution points of 0,4-10 kV for
reception and distribution of electric energy of alternating three-phase current of industrial
frequency of 50 Hz on the rated voltage of 6 (10) kV, and transformer substations
(10)/0,4 kV of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz of 6.
Block and modular buildings gather from blocks modules according to the order. In ZM are supported
condition, corresponding to service conditions of the equipment installed in it. In modular
buildings various versions of complete distributing devices are established:
- K-7M cells;
- KSO-292, KSO-393, KSO-366 cameras;
- complete transformer substations of internal installation 6 (10)/0,4 of kV;
- ShchO70 panels;
- boards and ShchSU control panels;
- cases and panels of protection and food (ShDZ, ShchSN, ShUOT, ShchTsU, etc.) which are a part of OPU-7 and
OPU-8.
Also in ZM the organization of the room for personnel on duty is possible.
Complete distributing devices and block and modular buildings are manufactured on
working design documentation of the enterprise taking into account requirements of GOST 14693-90, GOST
12.2.007.0-75, GOST 22853-86, Construction Norms and Regulations 2.09.02-85 and Construction Norms and Regulations of PK 2.02-05-2002. Production and installation
electric equipments in ZM it is made according to the specifications and technical documentation on
these products. Complete distributing devices in the block and modular building are intended
for work in the following conditions:
- height above sea level no more than 1000 m;
- temperature of air is from-60 With to +40 C;
- relative humidity of air 80 at a temperature of +20 With;
- in areas with seismicity no more than 8 points on a scale of MSK-64 (GOST17516.1-90);
- on wind loading - the I-III areas (Construction Norms and Regulations 2.01.07-85);
- on snow loading - the I-IV areas (Construction Norms and Regulations 2.01.07-85);
- environment is not explosive, not containing conducting dust, aggressive vapors
and the gases destroying metals and isolation.
