Diamond boring tool

Diamond drill bits are applied to equipment of a kolonkovy shell: single-layer 01A3, 01A4, 02KC, 05KC, etc., impregnirovanny 02I3, 02I4 and some other brands, besides now the kolonkovy shell is equipped with in addition diamond dilators like RSA which serve for maintenance of the set diameter of a well and for stabilization of a kolonkovy pipe in the course of drilling.

The drill bit represents a ring with a connecting carving at which cutters (or diamondiferous segments) settle down at the lower end face and lateral surfaces.

For drilling in breeds soft and average hardness on a XII mark scale of drilling capacity of breeds use hard-alloy and diamond single-layer crowns (or melkoalmazny), apply the impregnirovanny crowns which are strongly saturated with fine diamond grains to drilling of stronger and abrasive breeds of the IX-XII categories.
