The dough rounder mechanism facilitates manual labor. With the help of movement between the channel and the conical body, the dough pieces are pressed and acquire a rounded shape. The cones and channels are made of aluminum, if necessary, coated with Teflon. There is a device for sprinkling flour to avoid sticking and a brush to remove excess flour.
