Ekomet's composition 003

Solution is intended for chemical degreasing of details from different metals and alloys (black and color) in caustic solutions by immersion method (in bathtubs). Contains surface - active composition of "EKOMET - 003".

Composition of the degreasing solution for details from steel:

• the caustic soda (caustic soda) — 15 - 20 g/l
• trinatriyfosfat — 15 - 20 g/l
• composition of "EKOMET - 003" — 8 - 10 ml/l

Composition of the degreasing solution for details from aluminum and zinc alloys:

• the caustic soda (caustic soda) — 10 - 15 g/l
• trinatriyfosfat — 30 - 35 g/l
• composition of "EKOMET - 003" — 8 - 10 ml/l

Degreasing mode:

• temperature — 55 - 70 °C
• degreasing time — 3 - 20 minutes depending on impurity of details.

After degreasing — hot and cold washings.

Approximate expense of composition of "EKOMET - 003" — 4 - 7 ml on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface.

It is necessary to store composition of "EKOMET - 003" in the closed container at temperature above + 4 °C, warranty period — 18 months.
