Ekomet's composition 011n

The composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" is applied in solutions to chemical degreasing of metal details (steel, copper alloys) at temperature of 25 - 35 °C. Solution well deletes thin and solid oils and other pollution. The degreasing solution malotoksichen, negoryuch, contains only soft biodecomposable surfactant. When using of the "cold" degreasing solutions working conditions of working significantly improve.

Composition of solution of chemical degreasing:

• sodium hydroxide (the caustic soda, caustic soda) — 20 - 35 g/l
• trinatriyfosfat — 15 - 20 g/l
• composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" — 10 - 12 g/l

Mode of chemical degreasing:

• solution temperature — 25 - 35 °C (temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed if necessary)
• dwell time — 5 - 20 minutes depending on zazhirennost of details

The composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" can be added also to solutions of electrochemical degreasing of steel and pig - iron details for the purpose of increase of efficiency and decrease in temperature of process.

The recommended composition of solution for electrochemical degreasing:

• sodium hydroxide (the caustic soda, caustic soda) — 35 - 45 g/l
• trinatriyfosfat — 15 - 20 g/l
• composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" — 2 - 4 g/l

The composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" can be added to solutions of electrochemical degreasing of other structure.

Mode of electrochemical degreasing:

• solution temperature — 20 - 30 °C (temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed if necessary)
• density of the cathode current — 3 - 10 ^{And/sq. dm}
• degreasing time — 6 - 12 minutes.

After degreasing washings of details in hot and cold running water follow.

Approximate expense of composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" — 4 - 6 g on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface.

It is necessary to store composition of "EKOMET - 011NT" in the closed container. In case of freezing — to sustain at the room temperature 24 hours. Warranty period of storage — 12 months.
