Ekomet's composition 012U

Solution for low - temperature chemical and electrochemical refining (degreasing) of the details "EKOMET - 012u"

The universal composition "EKOMET - 012u" is applied in solutions to chemical or electrochemical refining of details from steel, copper alloys, aluminum of zinc (TsAM) at the lowered temperature (25 - 35 °C — at chemical degreasing, 20 - 30 °C — at electrochemical). Solution well deletes solid oils, polishing pastes, other hard - to - remove pollution. The degreasing solution malotoksichen, negoryuch, contains only soft biodecomposable surfactant.

Composition of solution for chemical degreasing of details from steel, cast iron, copper and its alloys:

• sodium hydroxide (the caustic soda, caustic soda) — 20 - 35 g/l
• trinatriyfosfat — 15 - 20 g/l
• the composition "EKOMET - 012u" — 10 - 11 g/l

Composition of solution for chemical degreasing of details from aluminum and zinc (TsAM) alloys:

• trinatriyfosfat — 20 - 40 g/l
• the soda calcinated — 20 - 40 g/l
• the composition "EKOMET - 012u" — 11 - 12 g/l

Mode of chemical degreasing:

• solution temperature — 25 - 35 °C (temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed if necessary)
• dwell time — 3 - 20 minutes depending on zazhirennost of details
• After degreasing washings with hot and cold water follow.

Composition of solution for electrochemical degreasing of details from steel, cast iron, copper and its alloys:

Composition of solution for electrochemical degreasing of details from aluminum and zinc (TsAM) alloys:

• trinatriyfosfat — 30 - 40 g/l;
• the soda calcinated — 30 - 40 g/l;
• the composition "EKOMET - 012u" — 3 - 4 g/l.

Mode of electrochemical degreasing:

• solution temperature — 20 - 30 °C (temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed if necessary)
• density of the cathode current — 3 - 10 ^{And/sq. dm}
• degreasing time — 5 - 10 minutes.

After degreasing washings with hot and cold water follow.

Approximate expense of the composition "EKOMET - 012u" — 4 - 6 g on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface (depending on ablation of solution with details).

It is necessary to store the composition "EKOMET - 012u" in the closed container. In case of freezing — to sustain at the room temperature 24 hours. Warranty period of storage — 12 months.
