Ekomet's composition 016U

The compositions "Ekomet014nt", "Ekomet015nt" and "EKOMET016U" are applied in solutions to chemical or electrochemical refining (degreasing) of metal details (steel, copper alloys) at the lowered temperature (25 - 35 °C). Solutions well deletes thin and solid oils and other pollution. The degreasing malotoksichna solutions, it is nonflammable, contain only soft biodecomposable surfactant. When using of the "cold" degreasing solutions working conditions of working significantly improve. Appointment:

• "Ekomet014nt" possesses the lowered foaming, it is recommended for degreasing by jet method and in washing machines;
• "Ekomet015nt" and "EKOMET016U" are recommended for all types of chemical and electrochemical degreasing by immersion method; "EKOMET016U" possesses the increased oil - absorption power.

Composition of solution for jet degreasing:

• the composition "Ekomet014nt" — 10 - 15 g/l;
• sodium hydroxide — 0 - 20 g/l (it is optimum — 10 - 20 g/l).

If necessary even more to reduce foaming it is necessary to add the EKOMETPG90 defoaming agent to concentration 4 - 5 (it is admissible — to 20) ml/l.
Mode of jet chemical degreasing: solution temperature — 20 - 35 °C (temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed if necessary), processing time — 1 - 5 min. depending on zazhirennost of details. After degreasing washings of details in hot and cold running water follow.
Composition of solution of chemical degreasing:

• "Ekomet015nt" (or "EKOMET016U") — 18 - 30 g/l.
• sodium hydroxide (the caustic soda, caustic soda) — 15 - 30 g/l;
• If necessary to create steady foam (for the purpose of decrease in pollutions) it is recommended to add the composition "EKOMETP10" to concentration of 2 - 4 ml/l. For decrease in foaming it is possible to add the EKOMETPG90 defoaming agent to concentration 4 - 5 (it is admissible — to 20) ml/l.

Mode of chemical degreasing:

• solution temperature — 20 - 35 °C (temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed if necessary),
• bubbling by air or hashing;
• dwell time — 5 - 30 minutes depending on zazhirennost of details.
• If the content of pollution on surface of metal makes more than 6 g/m2, then it is recommended to establish two or more consecutive bathtubs of chemical degreasing. After degreasing washings of details in hot and cold running water follow.

Composition of solution for electrochemical degreasing:

• the composition "Ekomet015nt" (or "EKOMET016U") — 10 - 20 g/l;
• sodium hydroxide (the caustic soda, caustic soda) — 30 - 35 g/l.
• If necessary to create steady foam in the conditions of bubbling (for the purpose of decrease in pollutions) it is recommended to add the composition "EKOMETP10" to concentration of 2 - 4 ml/l. For decrease in foaming it is possible to add the EKOMETPG90 defoaming agent to concentration 4 - 5 (it is admissible — to 20) ml/l.

Mode of electrochemical degreasing:

• the mode — the cathode and/or anode degreasing,
• solution temperature — 20 - 30 °C (if necessary temperature increase to 70 °C is allowed),
• current density on the fat - free details — 3 - 10 And/sq. dm,
• degreasing time — 4 - 12 minutes.
• After degreasing washings of details in hot and cold running water follow.
