Ekomet's composition 978

The composition "EKOMET978" intends for processing of phosphate coatings, black films on zinc coating instead of oiling, and also other porous coatings (after preliminary approbation and working off of technology). Availability of inhibitors of corrosion as a part of composition increases anticorrosive protection in comparison with traditional oiling. The composition "EKOMET978" represents the water emulsion containing the balanced mix of mineral oil, emulsifiers and inhibitors of corrosion. Vzryvo - it is also fireproof.

Impregnation in the emulsion the "EKOMET978" of phosphate coatings received in solution of the phosphate coating "EKOMETF24" or similar structures is recommended. The emulsion "EKOMET978" easily gets into covering time, will be polymerized in the course of drying and significantly increases protective power of films.

Structure of working emulsion:

• the composition "EKOMET978" — 50% (on volume);
• water — 50% (on volume).

rn freshly cooked working emulsion usually is in interval 8,8 - 9,5.

Details after phosphate coating and washing (without drying) immerse in bathtub with emulsion.

Processing conditions:

• temperature of working emulsion — 60 - 65 °C;
• processing time — 1 - 1,5min.
• Further drying follows at temperature — 80 - 90 °C.

In case of processing of galvanized details with black passivation (for example, after passivation in EKOMETPTS91 solution) it is necessary to bring at production of working emulsion it rn to values 6,5 - 7,5 phosphoric acid. It is also desirable to establish hashing in bathtub with emulsion, other parameters — as well as when processing phosphate coatings.

Approximate expense: 30 - 40 ml of the composition "EKOMET978" on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface.

It is necessary to store the emulsion "EKOMET978" in the closed container at temperature above + 4 °C, warranty period of storage — 12 months.
