Ekomet's composition of A006

EKOMET - A006 solution is intended for simultaneous degreasing and etching of details from aluminum alloys (including foundry) before drawing coverings, chromatizing, anodizing. After processing in this solution for the majority of aluminum alloys need to carry out clarification of aluminum in solutions of nitric acid that significantly simplifies technology process disappears.

EKOMET - A006 solution is applied to aluminum details on which surface there are no noticeable traces of lubricants. In the latter case greasing needs to be deleted previously with organic solvents, high - temperature caustic solutions or mechanically.

Composition of solution:

• sulphuric acid (the square 1,86) — 5 - 6 ml/l
• composition of "EKOMET - A006" — 35 - 40 ml/l

Degreasing mode:

• solution temperature — 20 - 35 °C
• degreasing time — 3 - 15 minutes

Approximate expense of composition of "EKOMET - A006" — 8 - 14 ml on 1 ^{sq. m} of the processed surface.

It is necessary to store composition of "EKOMET - A006" in the closed container at temperature above 0 °C, warranty period of storage — 12 months.
