Ekomet's inhibitor IK202

EKOMET - IK202 inhibitor is applied in dips on the basis of hydrochloric or sulfuric acids, including in etching bathtubs before drawing electroplated, paint coatings or other processing.

Inhibitor allows to prevent metal rastravlivaniye at removal of scale, rust, oxide layers, and also prolongs endurance of dip. Protective effect for steel in solutions of hydrochloric acid — not less than 98,5% , sulphuric acid — not less than 98% . At inhibitor with the index "m" the protective effect is even higher (more than 99% ).

EKOMET - IK202 inhibitor is more effective, than urotropin and many other known inhibitors.

The recommended composition of solution No. 1:

• hydrochloric acid — 10 - 30%
• EKOMET - IK202 inhibitor (usual or with the index "m") — 3 - 4 ml/l

The recommended composition of solution No. 2:

• sulphuric acid — 100 - 200 g/l
• EKOMET - IK202 inhibitor — 3 - 4 ml/l
