Ekomet's inhibitor IK309 Component A

EKOMETIK309 inhibitor is applied to processing of steel details for the purpose of their temporary preservation, and also to prevention of corrosion of steel details between technology operations, for example, between machining and drawing coverings.

Inhibitor does not contain oils or nitrates and nitrites, easily washes off from metal surface.

Composition of solution of inhibitor:

• the EKOMETIK309A component (nonvolatile solid) — 12 - 15 g/l;
• the EKOMETIK309B component (liquid) — 12 - 15 ml/l.

If necessary it is essential to extend the validity of inhibitor of temporary preservation (to 0,5 - 1 years and more) in solution the composition "EKOMET980" is in addition entered into concentration of 45 - 50 ml/l.

Processing conditions: endurance in inhibitor solution within 0,5 - 1,0 min. at temperature of 16 - 25 °C; further — drying by warm air of 50 - 60 °C (without washing).

Processing of details inhibitor solution spraying with afterbake is possible.

Approximate expense when processing by okunaniye: the EKOMETIK309A component — 4 - 6 g, the EKOMETIK309A component — 4 - 6 ml on 1 sq. m of the processed surface.

It is necessary to store the EKOMETIK309A component (nonvolatile solid) in holiday container without moisture access. The EKOMETIK309B component (liquid) should be stored at temperature above + 4 °C. Warranty period of storage — 14 months.
