In the oil-extracting and petrochemical industry pipelines of various caliber and appointment often glitch because of traffic jams, narrowing of the section through passage and high viscosity of the transported liquids. The basis of the equipment used for heating is represented by heating cables and tapes of more than 40 types. Their use allows in each case most effectively and with the smallest expenses to provide heating of the pipeline or capacity up to the set temperature and its shutdown in case of need. We provide heating of pipelines up to 30 km long and more with powering only since one end. The capital equipment is made in Russia and Great Britain and meets all international requirements on explosion, electro - and fire safety. The similar equipment is installed at the enterprises Mobil Oil, Esso, Ciba, Rhone Pulenc, British Petroleum, Lukoil.
"Тепломаг" is a heating cable with the thermal sensor and the regulator of temperature.
Installation of system takes a little time. The flexible heating cable keeps within along the pipeline and is closed by a heat-insulating covering.
Temperature regulator automatically maintains positive temperature in the pipeline at any air temperature outside. Thanks to automatic control, the Teplomag system consumes the electric power exactly so much how many it is necessary for heating of the pipeline.
