Description
Knots of noise suppressors are applied as the RU and ROU unregulated throttle elements. Are intended for decrease in noise level at a drosselirovaniye and expansion of steam in RU and ROU. Are established directly behind the RU, ROU throttle valves.
Coolers of steam and noise suppressors with the throttle and cooling lattice (TCL) are intended for cooling of steam and are a component of a set of the products entering OU and ROU.
The cooling water which, evaporating due to heat which is selected from steam cools it up to the set temperature is injected into steam stream in a cooler. In a noise suppressor with DOR final reduction of steam after the reducing valve is carried out. At the same time noise suppressors with DOR reduce noise level at expansion of steam in ROU. Depending on a ratio of expenses of sharp steam and the injectable cooling water, and also their initial temperature the necessary temperature of the cooled steam at the cooler exit is provided (a noise suppressor with DOR).
The cooling water is injected by means of raspylitelny devices (nozzles or raspylivayushchy plugs) via which expense is regulated by the injection valve. The signal on regulation of a consumption of the cooling water is carried out on temperature of the cooled reduced steam behind steam cooler (a noise suppressor with DOR). Coolers of steam and noise suppressors with DOR are established on horizontal and vertical sites of pipelines behind the reducing steam valve and join the pipeline by means of welding.
