EMULSION INSTALLATION "EU-10

Installation for preparation of a bituminous emulsion. Productivity of 10 t/h works:

Continuous type (water supply + 50s).

The design of installation allows to understaff it at the request of the customer with lines of dispensing of additives in bitumen and the cooling system of an emulsion and allows to release the following types e

v a bituminous emulsion for subprimer;

v a bituminous emulsion for patching;

v a bituminous emulsion for unmodified surface treatment;

v a bituminous emulsion for the modified surface treatment;

v a bituminous emulsion for preparation of emulsion and mineral mixes.

All equipment used on installation is developed taking into account influence of various chemicals which are applied in production of bituminous emulsions, its arrangement provides convenient access for servicing
