The economy of fuel - as it works: Catalysts of burning of fuel from the Greenfoot Global company form in the combustion chamber micro - a thin covering, so-called - thermal oxidation. EnviroTabs® burns carbonaceous deposits (deposit) and catalystically promotes passing of chemical reaction at lower temperature. Particles of fuel begin to burn already at a temperature in 400ºC, in comparison with 600 °C. This reaction allows to burn completely impurity and firm deposits of carbon. Note: the greatest losses in efficiency of the automobile engine are thermal losses. Thermal energy is emitted when fuel and air mix up, making the thermal explosion creating force used for the movement of the vehicle. EnviroTabs® changes thermal characteristics of absorption of a surface of metal since the catalytic film has very low heat conductivity and reduces return of heat in metal. It leads to the uniform temperature of burning of fuel on all volume of the combustion chamber. In the usual mode, in process of removal of the piston from an ignition point, temperature of burning decreases and fuel does not burn down, partially turns into a deposit, and the rest of not burned down fuel-air mix burns down already in final system. At improvement of burning in the combustion chamber (but not after) productivity can be increased, at simultaneous decrease in fuel consumption and harmful emissions. Recovery of heat is the best way which allows to reduce harmful emissions, to increase economy of fuel, to improve characteristics of the engine, and also to prolong service life of oil and the engine. Because heat "goes" to metal less, there is "protection" of the engine against an overheat that is especially actual for various generators and engines with natural (air) cooling (motor-plows, lawn-mowers, etc.) and also provides easy start of the engine at extreme temperatures. I.e. the economy of fuel comes due to full use of energy from ignition fuel - air mix and substantial increase of efficiency of the engine. Whether it works with all types of fuel? Yes - EnviroTabs works at the chemical level of process of combustion and, therefore, works everywhere in the same way, irrespective of a type of the used fuel. EnviroTabs® is developed for use with all types of brands of gasoline and diesel fuel, from two the cyclic mixed fuel and mixes of diesel fuel (winter, summer and bio).
