As it is known to make concrete mixes, cement, inert materials (crushed stone and sand), water and chemical additives are necessary.

During the winter period inert materials freeze, stick together and balled up (especially sand), water freezes; it makes IMPOSSIBLE production of concrete mixes.

Now there are several ways for warming up of inert materials and heating of water for preparation of concrete with cold weather approach.

For heating of mixing water we offer boiler of boylerny type, and for warming up of inert materials - the INNOVATION AND PROGRESSIVE way is warming up by HOT AIR.

Water for zatvoreniye of mix heats up in the boylerny boiler GEYSER to temperature of 800C and by means of the pump moves in the doser of water of concrete - mixing plant.

Defrosting and heating of the stood inert materials in bunkers is made by the Simunputem generator of heating of air up to the temperature up to 2500C and its giving via diffusers (registers) in the mass of inert materials under the pressure up to 0,15 bars.

At use of this equipment (GEYSER + SIMUN) you receive WARM (and if it is necessary - HOT) CONCRETE at the exit from discharge hopper of the mixer.
