The heatblock consists of four main parts:

• Forward front layer (impressive).
• The first bearing wall (concrete).
• Heat-insulation layer (M20-M25 expanded polystyrene).
• The back bearing wall (concrete).

All four parts connect among themselves in process production by means of vibroformation. Such way of production promotes good adhesion (adhesion) of all parts among themselves. Besides, all layers of the heatblock are connected among themselves by four bazaltoplastikovy composite reinforcing cores with the clamps providing the increased durability of coupling of layers of the block and cold weather excluding emergence of bridges and to corrosion which is possible when using metal fittings. The impressive part is made in such options as:

• Colourless - is absent the painting pigment.
• One-color - is used only one pigment.
