Examination of industrial safety, permission to application in Kazakhstan/Almaty
In compliance with the Law RK "About Industrial Safety on Hazardous Production Facilities" of 03.04.2002 No. 314-II, when importing in RK or production of the new technical devices and materials intended for application on hazardous production facilities it is necessary to get permissions to application from authorized body (Committee on the state supervision of emergency situations and industrial safety of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of RK).
Permission to application is given by authorized body on the basis of the expert opinion about compliance of technologies, technical devices, materials to requirements of industrial safety, and also summary of purpose of technologies, technical devices, materials and area of their application.
T-Standart LLP carries out expertize of documents on technical devices and materials and carries out submission of documents to authorized body with the subsequent obtaining permissions from authorized body.
For carrying out examination and obtaining permission to application it is necessary to submit the following documents:
- information about the manufacturer.
- technical specification, appointment, description of operation of technical devices (materials).
- technical characteristics, drawings of technical devices (materials).
- instructions for installation, operation, maintenance of technical devices (materials).
- reports on tests of the technical devices / materials (which are carried out by the manufacturer or other accredited laboratory).
- the Kazakhstan certificates of conformity on technical devices (materials).
- foreign certificates of conformity on materials, accessories and technical devices.
and other documents confirming safety and quality of technical devices (materials).
