Description of configuration of rotor crushers of HIC.
Shock and reflective crushers of HIC are intended for crushing of various materials at the first, second and third stage of crushing. Work at the principle of dynamic crushing. Material falls on a rotor with levels, is rejected on the adjustable armored reflective plates located in a folding box. At the same time it is crushed both by blows of levels on a rotor, and blows about a bronefuterovka of reflective plates or on a path of final crushing (if it is established). Depending on an application order (parameters of crushing such as fractional composition of the material coming to a crusher, the set fractional structure of the crushed production, abrasivity of the crushed material, resistance of material to shock crushing, etc. ) crushers of HIC are delivered in different executions.
The crusher is intended for thin crushing of different materials. It is applied at the third stage of crushing. Configuration reminds executions of HIC GB (HIC AGB). The difference consists performed by reflective plates and a path of final crushing. Their configuration allows to increase efficiency of crushing.
Application.
Crushers of HIC are intended for crushing of career materials (limestones, dolomite, sandstones, crushed stone) also are used for construction debris (concrete, brick fight, a bituminous covering).
