Set "Expert - 001MTH" - alternative to the traditional polarograph with the sensor like Clark.
"Expert - 001MTH" are included in the package the microprocessor analyzer of Expert - 001 liquid (the modified modification of "Ekspert - 001 - 4(0.1"))" with the special Potentsiostat mode), Clark's electrode with the increased surface, compatible to microbiological cell, the specialized software for visualization of data on the personal computer.
The measuring device (with the closed electrode like Clark) allows to estimate at combinations quantitatively activity of the processes proceeding in live systems with consumption or release of oxygen.
With its help the assessment (measurement) of speeds of breath (in time oxygen/unit nmols) any fabric preparations is possible, for example: pieces, cuts, the isolated cages, homogenates and mitochondrions; the cages which are grown up in culture and unicells. Also quantitative assessment of activity of the enzymes catalyzing reactions as with release of oxygen, for example, of catalase of fabric extracts and blood, and its consumption, for example, of monoaminooxidases is possible.
