Fans divide, depending on the size of a total pressure, on:
fans of low pressure - have to create a total pressure to 1000 Pas;
average pressure - over 1000 to 3000 Pas;
high pressure - over 3000 to 12000 Pas
Designations of radial fans (in accordance with GOST 5976-90)
1. Letters "B" - the fan;
2. Letters "P" and "Ts" - radial or centrifugal;
3. Hundredfold size of coefficient of a total pressure? in the mode of the maximum efficiency rounded to an integer;
4. Sizes of rapidity hy in the mode of the maximum efficiency rounded to an integer.
5. Numbers of the fan (the number corresponding to the outer diameter of the driving wheel D in decimeters, in accordance with GOST 10616).
For example: BP-86-77-6,3 - designation of the fan of a total pressure, radial with coefficient
W = 0,86 and rapidity of hy = 76,5, No. 6,3 (D = 630 mm).
Design and principle of action
Consists of three basic elements: driving wheel, spiral case and drive.
The case of fans is made of galvanized steel. The method of welding is not applied. Separate parts of the case connect to application of connection of the Pittsbourg form.
The driving wheel of the fan is manufactured with the shovels bent forward (towards rotation), or with shovels, recurved. Fans of unilateral and bilateral absorption are issued.
Air is included into the driving wheel, deviates in it on 900 in the radial direction and at the expense of centrifugal forces comes to a snail of the spiral case, moves on it and through an opening comes out the fan.
