The flowing analytical device provides the consecutive analysis of four technological streams and separate position of the measuring block for an operating control of quality, graduation and checking.
Proceeding through a measuring cell, technological solution is exposed to x - ray radiation of low power. Secondary fluorescent (characteristic) radiation of a sample is registered the semiconductor SDD detector.
The x - ray tube and the semiconductor detector are separated from the measured environment by a strong double window from X - ray permeable material. In case of break the second window prevents penetration of liquid in the measuring block.

Accumulation and processing of results of measurement is carried out in the automatic mode. Ready data are transferred to a workplace of the operator where are displayed in the form of the continuous schedule of process.
The received results can be used for automatic adjustment by technological process on the basis of the existing PCS.
Delivery of the flowing analytical device includes delivery of the equipment to the platform of the Customer, installation, debugging of an optimum operating mode, graduation, training of service personnel. The technique of checking of a spectrometer of the SRV - 1 type approved by RGP "Kazinmetr" is included in the package of delivery. The term of guarantee maintenance of the flowing analytical device makes 12 months.Tekhnoanalit LLP is included in the register of domestic producers, has the certificate of the KZ ST form (a share of the Kazakhstan content of 78% ) on the made production and takes part in the government electronic procurement, purchases of JSC Nadloc and JSC NWF Samruk - azyna.
The enterprise also renders services in post - guarantee maintenance and repair of spectrometers (the license No. 000457 AA series), on development and certification of the techniques of performance of measurements (TPM).
