The most widespread forages of an animal origin — the milk and products of its processing (dry fat-free serum, buttermilk), waste of meat-processing plants (blood, meat, meat-and-bone, bone and flour from the hydrolyzed feather, incubation waste, etc.), and also the fishes received when processing, etc.

Animal forages are rich with a protein, mineral substances and vitamins. The protein is full-fledged on amino-acid structure, in comparison with vegetable proteins the maintenance in it of a lysine, methionine, than cystine and other amino acids is higher.
