What is fibrotsementny panels?
The Fibrotsementny panel is the modern practical environmentally friendly facing material consisting of light concrete with a synthetic fiber. The external ceramic layer of a plate has various textures and coloring.
Fibrotsementny panels qualitatively imitate various materials: stone, rocky surfaces, tile, brick, plaster covering and many other things. Combinations of different surfaces, the sizes and flowers of panels allow to enter the building in any architectural complex. Fibrotsementny plates are applied in finishing of facades of individual cottages, residential and public buildings, shopping and business centers.
Paint on fibrotsementny panels does not change the color, does not burn out and does not burst over time, thanks to special technology of its drawing.

Fibrotsementny panels can be used for internal finishing of rooms and external facing of buildings in any climatic conditions. High durability of panels allows to use them both on a facade, and on a socle of buildings. Facing of a facade practically excludes hit of rain water under the decorative screen from fibrotsementny panels that considerably prolongs service life of a metal subsystem, bearing walls and the protecting designs.
Installation of fibrotsementny panels
Fibrotsementy panels are mounted as the ventilated facade or are decorative facing in karkasnoobshivny walls.
On those panels which to racks of a framework of the fast-built house fasten on self-tapping screws (panels 14 mm thick) hats of self-tapping screws become covered with special paint in tone of the panel thanks to what they become imperceptible. Panels fasten on a wooden or metal framework with a step no more than 600 mm with the device of the ventilated gap 40 mm thick (for the ventilated facade), but not less than 15 mm (for frame walls).
Down between the next plates the gap 10 ± 1 mm is left. with the subsequent filling of a seam with the sealant chosen to match panels.
Panels, 16 mm thick or more, fasten to the bearing framework by means of klyammer (elements of invisible fastening). Klyammera completely disappear special locks of panels owing to what neither horizontal seams between panels, nor klyammer are visible at all.
Accessories
Fibrotsementy panels are installed with the same accessories, as metal siding, front cartridges and panels: decorative angular slips, starting, finishing levels, angular elements, sealants and adjustment dyes, dividing levels, klyammer. Especially for fibropanely only the finishing level is used. Accessories allow to facilitate process of installation of front panels.
