Self-adhesive films are delivered in sheets of 660 mm × 460 mm in size.
In continuous sale there are films with very rich color gamut and shades as uniform, and with marble texture. Impressive films are made manually, by means of addition of various dyes in primary color. In view of this technology of production, it is impossible to receive two completely identical leaves of a film.
Specifications
Basis of a colored stained glass film is the self-adhesive component Milar of TM of firm of Dupont Company. This material keeps the form and is high-transparent if to handle it properly. Dye of a film does not fade and is very steady against humidity, solvents, cleaner, etc. In addition the film is condensed by means of a surface protector. This additional layered plastic absorbs up to 90% of natural radiation of UF. As the UF filter is connected to the carrier Milar TM, coloring safely is condensed and protected from external influence. Following advantages of consolidation of a surface it: gloss of glass and convenient protection of color against scratches or damages, detergents for glass, etc.
Guarantee
The producer of stained glass films guarantees that loss of coloring of a film will not be higher than 10% of its initial density within 10 years of operation.
