Filters for cylindrical medical bixies KF and
KSCF
allow sterilization of medical supplies and materials in steam sterilizers at a pressure of 0.2 MPa (2 kgf ~ cm) at a temperature of 132 g. C for 20 - 22 min. Or at a pressure of 0.11 - 0.13 MPa (1.1 - 1.3 kgf ~ cm) at a temperature of 120 - 122 g. C for 45 - 48 minutes.
Filters are made of dense cotton fabric - filter diagonal (technical filter cloth), specially designed for filtering solutions in various industries and in non - ferrous metallurgy.
The filters are suitable for reusable use and can be easily recycled by incineration. Filters withstand at least 60 cycles of sterilization, after which they are subject to change. To complete the boxes, a filter set is used (two filters are included) installed on the bottom and the cover of the box by pressing and threading the bolt - nut, which secures the filter between the clamp and the lid (bottom) of the box.
