Description
Carving fitting of HLV is intended for installation of steel, metalpolymeric and copper pipes, connection of fittings, sanitary devices and the equipment on condition of existence of couplings and connecting branch pipes with a carving.
The production program of HLV includes the wide range of the qualitative carving fitting allowing to solve optimum practically any problems of creation of connections and performance of connections in systems of water supply and heating.
Carving fitting of HLV is made by method of hot pressing of CW617N brand brass (the European EN 12165 standard), nickelized. A carving - pipe (inch) cylindrical in accordance with GOST 6357 (an accuracy class - In), internal or external. Range of diameters - from ¼ to 2". On an external carving the notch for effective deduction of sealing material is provided.
Existence of tables of local resistance for each fitting and any direction of a stream allows to increase the accuracy of hydraulic calculations and profitability of systems.
The maximum working pressure at a temperature of liquid of 120 °C makes from 25 to 40 bars, depending on a fitting standard size.
