Fittings composite ASP-16

The new reinforcing element for performance of construction works are the high-strength nonmetallic fittings from composite materials.
The nonmetallic fittings are issued in the form of any construction length, rod with spiral relief, from the glass or basalt fibers impregnated with chemically resistant polymer. The fittings manufactured of glass fibers are called fiberglass ASP, and from basalt fibers - ABP.

The composite fittings passed corrosion and physicomechanical tests in NIIZhB (г.Москва). By results of long researches the durability of building constructions with use of fittings makes not less than 100 years. Such durability is caused by high chemical resistance of fittings to all known hostile environment - the gas environment of the increased concentration, chloride salts, deicing reagents, sea water etc. The fittings nonmetallic composite a periodic profile basalt are the perspective composite material having a wide range of applications in the construction industry.

Technical characteristics allow to apply ABP and ASP in industrial and civil and road construction, to strengthening of bridges, in the protecting designs, at construction of runways, moorings, dry docks, strengthenings of a coastal strip, the designs treated in use to action of the general corrosion and hostile environment.
