It is intended for vacuum packing commercially.
The principle of operation of such machines is that vacuum is created in the camera. An operating procedure, by chamber vacuum cars following: previously parameters of operation of the machine (vacuum depth, time or temperature of a zapayka) are set, then on a thermolevel not sealed edge of a package of the product laid in it keeps within, the top cover densely nestles, the pump automatically turns on, on reaching the necessary vacuum the car switches in the mode of a zapayka of a seam. As soon as there was a zapayka, depressurization of the camera then the cover of the vacuum car opens automatically begins. Packing of several packages is possible at once that it essentially increases productivity. Packages are used both two - and three - layer, with an inside layer from polyamide or lavsan temperature of melting of which, is much lower, than at the polyethylene making, as a rule, an external layer of a package. Such structure of packages also allows to increase productivity by imposing of one package on another, to three packages. Application of ready packages when packing by chamber cars has a number of restrictions, in particular, at an obtyagivaniye a package of products of irregular shape, remain deformed edges of a package that gives to packing not an attractive look.
