Floor rubber coverings: rubber crumb, stone blocks, borders, rubber tile.

The LLC Vysota company since 2010 in Surgut started the line of production of safety coverings on the basis of a rubber crumb (a product of processing of car tires), namely a rubber tile and a stone blocks. In 2013, in connection with increase in scales of activity, production of a tile was transferred to the city of Nizhnevartovsk. Here already in the extensive territory (more than 3 hectares) the sobstvennyyzavod of LLC Vysota on processing of tires and production of a rubber crumb was located.

Relevance of creation of production on processing of tires in the territory of Nizhnevartovsk consists of two components:

• solution of an ecological task: processing of dangerous wastes, preservation of natural resources, reduction of the territories allocated under grounds.

• Production of the product demanded in the market suitable for use in various production spheres.

Reception of tires for processing is made in compliance with state standard specification 8407-89 "Raw materials secondary rubber" on the basis of contracts of acceptance of tires for utilization.
