Flowing shnekovy mixers are intended for continuous mixing of two, is more rare than three types of the same products (with identical, or it is close to identical, density) such as: egg powder, cocoa, powdered milk, mustard powder, etc. Are characterized by the high speed of mixing at small energy consumption. Shnekovy flowing mixers are used mainly for rough mixing of products when using ready mixes in the industry.
Design of the shnekovy mixer
The mixer consists of the zasypny bunker with systems of adjustment of a stream of the mixed products, an open trench of the shnekovy mixer, "the hollow tape screw" with mixers, the drive, a vysypny trench, a frame.
The mixer frame in inclined situation fixes a trunk with the rotating pipe of the hollow screw. The products which are waking up from cells of the zasypny bunker in in advance established proportion get on rounds of "the hollow tape screw" and are transported to a zone of a vysypny trench, being constantly poured through rounds of the screw and mixing up. In case of use of the mixer with a continuous rastarka in ready bags it is equipped with the cross over crane providing serial continuous filling of two bags. When using for mixing of hardly loose products, the additional dosing screws with an electronic control system of dispensing are used.

Principle of operation of the shnekovy mixer
The Shnekovy mixer works on similar technology with any other shnekovy equipment, the shnekovy conveyor or the mixer, for example. The screw or the screw which continuously rotates is the basis, mixing the arrived product.
In a case with the shnekovy mixer materials come to the uniform bunker in the necessary set proportions. And then thanks to rotation of the top and lower screws (in case of the horizontal shnekovy mixer) move and carefully mix up. Upon completion of the program ready mix comes out through a final branch pipe. Just it is possible to attach to it also the shnekovy conveyor which will transfer mix in the loosened state to the place of further processing or packing.
