Purpose and opportunities

Measurement of the volumetric flow rate of liquids, mainly oilfield wastewater of the RPM system, with information output to the indicator and telemetry through the pulse output or the "485" interface.

Operating principle

Measurement of EMF induced by a magnetic field in an electrically conductive liquid, proportional to the average velocity of the liquid flow. The flow sensor converts the fluid flow into a sequence of electrical impulses, at the cost of an impulse of 0.001m³, 0.01m³, 0.1m³, 1m³, at the request of the customer, the format can be changed. The length of the communication line between the sensor and the remote control system is up to 300 m.

• Measurement of aggressive, abrasive and viscous liquids

• Работа при высокой неоднородности потока жидкости, вблизи изгибов трубопровода, дросселей, обратных клапанов и задвижек
• Отсутствие в проточном тракте датчика элементов конструкции, перегораживающих поток. Потери давления не превышают потерь в трубопроводе эквивалентной длины.
• Первичный прибор объединен с вторичным в одном корпусе
