We are glad to bring to your attention the universal heat-insulating material FOAMGLAS®. This high-quality foamglass which characteristics justify its price.
What represents this material? The external surface of foamglass consists of a set of a time (cells) as for giving to the block of given sizes at its machining vials of glass of which it consists are cut. Inside bubbles are tight and have no with the next bubbles of the general openings or a time.
Foamglass is the thermal insulation with the closed cells received by foaming of mix of the crushed glass and carbon. At the expense of such structure the low density of a heater of FOAMGLAS® and its ease are provided. At the same time it differs in high durability on compression. Also such characteristics of heaters of the FOAMGLAS® brand as incombustibility, absence of hydrophobia, resistance to mechanical damages, lack of need of use of the special tool, etc. are very appreciated by the construction organizations. Foamglass - an environmentally friendly and durable product which does not burn does not emit flying dust and toxic connections. Undoubtedly, FOAMGLAS® - a heater which characteristics and properties do it convenient for any heat-insulating works, and optimum for any heat-insulating designs.
FOAMGLAS® foamglass according to GOST 16381-77 is classified by the form as flat (slabby) material. Products from FOAMGLAS® foamglass can be flat and shaped (cylinders, segments, etc.).
Depending on the requirements and conditions shown by consumers to FOAMGLAS® foamglass it is subdivided in a form into blocks or plates. Types of foamglass are in turn divided on durability indicator.
As thermal insulation apply:
- blocks of foamglass of the following FOAMGLAS W+F®, FOAMGLAS® T4+, FOAMGLAS® S3, FOAMGLAS® F brands;
- foamglass blocks with special requirements of the following brands FOAMGLAS® ONETM, FOAMGLAS®HLB 800, FOAMGLAS® HLB 1000, FOAMGLAS® HLB 1200, FOAMGLAS® HLB 1400, FOAMGLAS® HLB 2400;
- foamglass blocks with the set bias of the top surface of the FOAMGLAS® TAPERED brand (creation of system of a bias for a water drain);
- the blocks of FOAMGLAS® T4+ foamglass laminated on the one hand by a polyethylene film have marking of READYBLOCK;
- the plates of foamglass of the FOAMGLAS W+F®, FOAMGLAS® T4+, FOAMGLAS® S3, FOAMGLAS® F brands laminated on both sides by a special film have marking in the form of the corresponding inscriptions on the laminating films: WALLBOARD, READYBOARD, FLOORBOARD, and PERINSUL. At the PERINSUL brand besides the bituminous plastering is applied on all four lateral faces.
