The powerful bed, is made of specially developed steel and possesses high vibrostability. The carriage 3200 long - mm (2600/3800/4300 - mm an option) moves on rollers, on the cylindrical tempered steel guides of the increased diameter. Such system of sliding allows to achieve the maximum accuracy and straightforwardness spent on drink. The increased interaxal distance between steel guides to 135 - mm, increases reliability of exact movement of the carriage. Ideal purity and durability of the roller cart, execution with three rows of rollers and the system of removal of sawdust provided on the machine from sliding guides consisting of eight cleaning elements provides. Accuracy of execution of mechanisms is guaranteed by the robototizirovanny centers with ChPU, and the quality system corresponds to the certificate of ISO 9001.

Heart of the machine is specially designed saw knot cast from cast iron and established on cast guides. Free access to the main and cutting saws, allows to save time when changing the tool. Engine capacity of the main saw makes 5,5 - kW, the cutting saw has the 0,75 separate engine - kW. For the choice optimum the cutting mode, on the machine provided three speeds of rotation 3200/4000/6000 -об / min. Saw knots can be synchronously inclined on a corner from 0 - to 45 - degrees. The inclination is carried out by means of a flywheel, with an accuracy of one degree. Cut width between a saw and a persistent ruler makes 1250 - mm, but if necessary can be increased to 1500 mm (option). The powerful telescopic ruler is completed with two emphasis tags and has a possibility of turn concerning an axis of giving of preparation on any corner. Well surveyed control panel contains all necessary adjustments, including the button of an emergency stop.

For optimization of processes of cutting machines, can be completed (by separate inquiry) with the electronic programming DIGIT 1/2/3 devices. If necessary the machine can be connected to system of shop aspiration or to an individual struzhkootsos.

Upon the demand of the customer the machine can be equipped with the professional tool, both standard, and custom.
