The Agro Apeks company represents the Formula-feed mini-plant, with a productivity of 500 kg/h.
This mini-plant allows the maximum volume of single loading to 500 kg.
In modern conditions the tendency of the translation of food of animals to dry fodder lines is observed. To provide the balanced food use compound feeds.
Compound feed is a multicomponent dry uniform mix which has polnoratsionny structure and optimum crushed structure. The recipe of compound feed has to provide the maximum need of animals for nutritious, mineral and vitamin substances and has to promote increase in productivity of herd.
The production technology of compound feeds considers type of animals, age, and also productivity of animals. Process of preparation on formula-feed pass the plant is based on the principle of suction of fodder grain in a crusher where to occur crushing of grain crops, and the weight further received comes to the mixer. In the same way, there is a processing of other components of compound feed.
