The production technology of a window glued bar consists of the following stages:

1 stage: drying of a cut board to humidity of 10-12% in drying chambers with program control;

2 stage: calibration of a cut board on the 4-sided machine for giving of the correct geometrical form after drying;

3 stage: cutting of knots and defects of wood on the line of optimization;

4 stage: face merging of lamels on a microthorn on the line of merging;

5 stage: calibration of the cut board spliced from lamels before pasting;

6 stage: pasting of the boards spliced from lamels among themselves on the press;

7 stage: calibration of the stuck together bar, a tortsovka in the size.

Modern wooden eurowindows are made of a three-layer glued bar. Layers of a bar are formed of the separate lamels which are stuck together among themselves by glue of a class of the highest water resistance of the category D4. Reliability of such bar several times exceeds reliability of a bar from the massif. Only radial sawing up of wood is applied to production of lamels of a window bar. Thanks to mutual divergence of fibers of the stuck together lamels in a bar the absent internal tension that in turn practically makes impossible an usykhaniye, twisting or a deflection of a bar.
