Front Stiromate panel

The front Stiromate panels are made on forming automatic machines of KYRTZ with use of high-quality raw materials, according to PSB-S of GOST 15588-86, TU ST of limited liability partnership 000640004658-001-2015. Front panels are stamped products, the size 1115mmkh615mm 30 mm, 50 mm, 70 mm, 100 mm thick. During formation of the panel become covered by a hydrophobic layer on all surface that increases their hydrosteady properties. Panels are formed together with the lock on all perimeter that excludes emergence of bridges of cold. On the outer side of the panel the small grid, for increase in an agdeziya with plaster and spackling processes is put. On the other hand, panels have vertical flutes, 8 mm in depth, for removal of condensate and ground waters. And the same flutes are used for the device of heat-insulated floors. On the physicomechanical properties front panels are similar to properties of extruded polystyrene.

Positive difference is one advantage, front panels pass air that promotes air exchange indoors (that excludes emergence splash also close stagnant air) there are three brands of the front Stiromate 25C, Stiromate 35C, Stiromate 50C panels. Figures 25, 35 and 50 mean strength characteristics of panels. The index C - says that these panels self-fading.

In the table physicomechanical properties of front panels, their scope and cost are given below. Panels are packed into a polyethylene film, on each packing there is a marking. Panels are used at a temperature not over 75C. On the outer side of panels dimensional rulers in two directions are put that is very convenient at a marking and cutting of panels by the sizes. Panels are cut by means of a knife, a hacksaw or an electroknife
