Frother of keratinosoderzhashchiya proteinaceous for foam concrete

Frother of keratinosoderzhashchiya represents proteinaceous penokontsentrat on the basis of protein, specially made for creation of qualitative, strong and warm foam concrete with a density of 200 - 1600 kg / kub.m (D200 – D1600), is intended for production of the technical foam used by production of foam concrete of various brands.
The volume weight of foam concrete can be in range of 200 - 1800 kg/m3.

Frother of keratinosoderzhashchiya proteinaceous is produced on the basis of protein that raises strength characteristics of foam concrete and stability of foam in cement mortar. When using Frother keratinosoderzhashchy proteinaceous you can produce qualitative, strong, warm, finely porous, competitive foam concrete.

Characteristic of Frother of keratinosoderzhashchy proteinaceous:

1) Appearance at t + 200C-250C uniform liquid from brown till black color; 

2) density at t + 200C, kg/m3 - 1,12-1,18; 

3) a hydrogen indicator (rn) - 7,0 (6,5-7,5); 

4) frequency rate of foam of working solution with a volume fraction of 4% not less than 7,0; 

5) stability of foam not less than 12 hours;

6) an expiration date - 3 years from the date of production.

The characteristic of technical foam on the basis of Frother of keratinosoderzhashchy proteinaceous:

1) an expense - 1 liter of frother on 30 liters of water - for production of 1 cube of foam concrete;

2) An external look - White color with uniform microporous structure;

3) Frequency rate of foam - 8 – 22;

4) Firmness of foam in cement solution - not less than 98%;
